A fascinating story. An excellent account of what happens to someone in today's world who has the "Right Stuff" but is told by the establishment and those who employ him he is wrong. The strain a situation like this has on interpersonal relationships and one's psyche is superbly captured in this

Reading this book 24 years after it publication is interesting, since Howard Stern has mellowed over the years. It seem almost juvenile in the way he goes on about certain topics. If you are a fan you will like it, if not maybe not. I think the book if written today would be different today. It

does give an insight into who Howard Stern is and was up to the time this book came out.
