This is my most used cookbook. Every single recipe has been great and I have probably made half of them, which is saying a lot! These are not healthy recopies though, cheese, eggs, and butter are used in many of the recopies. My favorite dishes are the Oriental Tofu balls with Stir Fry in Fruit
