My first listen to a Teaching Company course and I'm pleasantly impressed.
The material was vaguely familiar, but the lecturer did everything promised --- made it interesting and easily intelligible.

A great, basic overview, from Minoan prehistory (Part I) to Alexander (Part II). The lecturer has a profoundly mellow delivery.
