Dick Francis (31 oktober 1920 - 14 februar 2010) var gift med Mary Margaret Brenchley (17 juni 1924 - 30 september 2000) i fra 1949 til hendes død i 2000. Hun fik polio under epidemien i 1949 og var på det tidspunkt tre måneder henne.
