In The Promised Neverland, Volume 9, Emma learns more about the hunting playground she's been in. She even learns more about Mister/Geezer. The children also work on their plan(s) for their riot against the demons.

I got a new appreciation for Emma in this volume when Lucas goes to tell her

"Mister's" name and she said she wants him to tell her. It just goes to show how much Emma cares for everyone she meets. Honestly, she kind of reminds me a bit of Naruto (sorry, been binge watching that entire show these last few months).

What a ride. The Goldy Pond is more than it appears. It’s a hunting ground but also a sanctuary and full of surprises. This book is full of action and moves the story along at a great pace. One to volume 10.
