Brief description:
State Police respond to shooting in upstate New York. The dying man, thrown out of an automobile by a speeding car, has a West Point ring on a chain around his neck. With his dying words, the victim murmurs words about a nefarious scheme to steal technology from a nearby plant working on an innovative bomb sight. The ring convinces the police detective that his statement had a basis of truth and pursues the case.
