I've never read much of the traditional DC material, but this certainly wants me to read more. A good story with great character development and building an interesting foundation for the future. Guess I might be trying to track down more...

Great retelling of Green Lantern's origin story. Nice art by Ivan Reis, and once again Geoff Johns comes through as one of the best writers DC has working these days.

This was a really well though out introduction to Hal Jordan. As a novice to Green Lantern, this storyline helped me get into the meat of what exactly is going on.

Read a number of these graphic novels dealing with the Green Lantern all at once. It turns out, I am extremely ambivalent towards the Green Lantern. The stories about the Green Lantern just feel like a bits and pieces of other super hero stories combined with some attempt to make emotion the center
