Hayes is... way too young for me. Twenty years is quite the age gap, especially when you take into account that he is a shifter, and therefore done aging, but I can't help but be drawn to the younger man, and he's not about to let me ignore him, showing up at my bakery every day, flirting and asking me out. He can't be serious, right? And what happens when the polar bear shifter actually finds his mate? Layton is... everything. He doesn't take my attempts at wooing him seriously, but I'm not giving up. Even though my bear can't smell him because of the scent blocker he takes, we're both completely obsessed with the man. I'm willing to wait as long as I need to convince him. But hopefully that will be before I lose him to a danger I'm not sure I'm capable of stopping.
