This is a cute story about a farmboy who doesn't go off to war or become a legendary warrior . I liked the distinctive characters.

Very short story, with a nice twist. Farmer boy inherits magical sword, with inherent spirits...and he's really not interested, more interested in his potatoes and goat. Nicely subtle LGBT connection, too. Fun.
