This book would make a wonderful gift for someone special in your life, your mother, daughter or best friend. Give one to yourself first, you deserve it. You can read this as a daily devotional, or if you are like me, you won't be able to put it down.I love the way the book is
I was given a copy of this book for the purpose of review.
Reading through the introduction, I took pause at some of the author's philosophy. While some people are allergic or sensitive to foods like dairy and gluten, I do not believe they are unhealthy. When a "professional" immediately calls-out foods like those for being the root of all one's health problems and encourages people to avoid those foods, I immediately question the author's true expertise in nutrition. My personal philosophy is everything in moderation so you can enjoy everything; unless I have a legit and diagnosed allergy to food, I allow all foods into my life because food is delicious and necessary.
This is a very pretty book and would make a great gift for a friend or for yourself. I love the graphics and I am jonesing for some fabric with those same prints.
If you like self-help books, you will most likely like this book, too.
