Some good ideas here. One of the big ideas in the book was to include the non-dairy/egg ingredients for various things (breads, cookies, etc) in a decorated jar, along with a copy of the recipe.

I remember making these with other Girl Scouts to use as gifts one year. Easy to put together for those who don't really bake a lot.
They only have to add a few things from their shelves.

My favorites would be the drinks: tea and hot cocoa. Trail mix and that category would be excellent for healthier choice of snack.
