An excellent resource for authentic victorian house painting techniques and colors. This book includes actual color reproductions from paint samplers of the period. The process for actual historical restoration is outlined. The authors discuss the trends in boutique painting and common mistakes to avoid. If you were influenced by the Painted Lady series you need to read this as well before you buy the paint.
