indispensable for a budding photographer back in the day. The range of home-use Kodak products is impressive. There was a film tank and film plate tank for those who don't have a dark room--but there is advice on stocking the dark room, too--and many details on the chemicals required for all development techniques. In addition, the book instructs users on how to use equipment to make enlargements, create lantern slides, add color tints (colored photographs make great Christmas gifts, it notes), adding clouds to landscape shots, and using a sheet and some tricks to create silhouette images.
