Unlike the monographic treatises of the Academy of Sciences in Go?ttingen, these anthologies contain shorter papers on topics from the disciplines of the Academy. The first anthology contains five treatises on philological problems from the areas of classical philology, Slavic philology and Arabic studies, as well as new sources on music of the 13th to 16th century.
