I thought the 'Adventure' series were even better than the Famous Five, in terms of exictment. Now of course I think it's all the same plot. But I'm 25 so really am not the target audience.

incomprehensible bumph on the "information society", Enid Blyton suddenly seems like a major haven. I could happily wrap myself up in Blyton for ages and just live in the world of imagination she offers. Which is clearly what always attracted me.
