This is a great source of information. It has a lot of detail and pictures. I really like it because it is sort of from the perspective of the reader being in the west. It talks about all of the roles of people back then, so it says things like "If you were a doctor, your day would start out

with..." I think that's a really neat concept and one that kids would really enjoy. There is a ton of information though, so it might be occasionally over whelming if you tried to use it at a very young age.
