Description

"Vivacious and successful, Ava Meyers is living her dream life, except for one thing: ever since childhood, she's been in love with her best friend...and she's never admitted it. Back then, Sam Farrow was a damaged young man with a tough past. Now he's supremely confident, super sexy, and totally untouchable-until the night when he pretends to be her boyfriend to save her from some unwanted attention. In a moment of weakness, she finds out that a decades-long friendship is no match for blistering sexual chemistry. After years of denying his own feelings, Sam finds that one amazing night with Ava isn't enough to chase away all the pent-up fantasies. So he proposes they spend a few weeks driving each other wild, exhausting their every desire, and then return to their perfect platonic relationship like nothing ever happened. But his plan has one fatal flaw: the part where they give each other up. Because the more they let go of their inhibitions, the more they're tempted to never go back.".… (more)

Ava and Sam had been best friends forever. Ava has always loved him, but she knew Sam had only ever thought of her as a friend. He'd made a promise to Ava's brother, Ford, to always protect "their" sister. She's always been okay with that, but she can't seem to stop comparing every date she's ever

had to Sam…and none of them even come close. Then everything seems to go haywire and Sam thinks they can become friends with benefits. Just for a short time until they get each other out of their systems. Then they can go back to being friends. Right?!

Ooh yeah…Touch & Go is right up my alley and I couldn't get enough of Ms. Kelly's take on the friends-to-lovers story! It's adorably comical and tickle-my-tummy-romantic. Toss in bouts of smoking hot sex and my book was darn near igniting (or was that me?)! Ms. Kelly is my Go-To Author when I want a book to light me up from brain to body. Her writing keeps me glued to the pages with a constant smile on my face and a warm giggle in my heart. The characters will have you on a slow burn and melt you from the inside out and to me, that's the ultimate in writing finesse. I always like a friends-to-lovers story, but this one was FANTASTIC! I won't miss a single book in this series and I hope you won't either! 5 Stars!

Holy pants on fire, this book was such a fun and sexy read! That Sam is just *fans self* WOWSERS. He’s definite book boyfriend material.
”What do you say, Ave,” he asked, searching her eyes. “Feel like making a really bad decision with me?”
Can I get a HELL YES please?!!

the second book in the Dare to Love series by Mira Lyn Kelly. It follows the romance between Ava and Sam, best friends turned lovers. Ava and Sam share everything with each other, except for one secret. A big whopper of a secret that Ava has managed to keep to herself since the day she met Sam. Sam is a complete charmer but a die-hard commitment-phobe. Ava knows if she ever reveals her true feelings it could mean losing Sam forever.
I absolutely love a friends-to-lovers romance, so when I had the opportunity to read this for review I jumped on it. I’m so glad I did because I was not disappointed. Kelly’s writing style is dynamic, and poignant. Her characters vivid and easy to relate to, especially on an emotional level. I did not want the story to end. I’m hoping that we get to see more of Ava and Sam in the next book. I definitely recommend this series to anyone that loves a good fun, sexy and emotional romance.

Another fantastic book in the Dare to Love series by Mira Lyn Kelly. This is the story of Sam and Ava, best friends since childhood and as close as two people can be. Although both have had strong feelings for the other for a long time, neither has acted on them for fear of destroying the

relationship they have until now....

While the basic storyline is a familiar one, Ms. Kelly writes an incredible story around it and makes it feel fresh and new. These characters are both bold and strong on the outside but in need of a little more on the inside. I really enjoyed this story and can't wait to read more in this series. I definitely recommend this one.

This starts out a romantic comedy, but it descends, or perhaps ascends?? into a dramatic and moving story about putting on fronts, convincing yourself of something so determinedly, to preserve a relationship of some kind at any cost, that it leads to a complete warping of your perspectives and

insights - it is a kind of miscommunication on steroids - with profound consequences for the two poor souls at the centre of this tale: Ava and best friend Sam. I found the unveiling of the tragic lie between these two characters most intriguing - it sucked me right in and tears flowed. I don't know whether it was a great book, but it struck a nerve! I've already forgotten the title and the author's name but the story, I won't forget that. I'd like to read another by Mira Kelly, as this is my first.
