Gulliver's Travels, but Gulliver is female. With no pants.
I saw a single image from this and had to track down the full book.
A retelling of Swift's classic "Gulliver's Travels", but the hero here is a girl from the modern world who loses her air mattress while nude sunbathing, and shenanigans then
The art is gorgeous. The English translation of the story is simple though laced with enough innuendo to amuse this reader. There's a lot of nudity here, and some light BDSM scenes, but no actual sex.
At 72 pages this is a quick read. Seek it out for the art, but not for the story, and if you're looking for erotica you won't find it here.
