This is the story of an artists that's wish is to create things as God does. Great way of looking at art though an artist eyes.

This book tells of how an artist is like God. The reason is because like God, an artist wants to make a great creation.

The story is about the author comparing an artist to God. He goes throughout the story comparing God's work to the lord. For a children's book, its quite complex. I wouldn't recommend it. Just because, its a intense topic.

The book expresses the desire of painters, and that is it difficult to express one’s feelings as a painter. The book also created an emotional response for me because I realized that artist attempt to find beauty where there is none. For an activity I would require students to make their own art,
