Harold is a wealthy young man who falls in love with Mary, a beautiful and charming girl from a poor family. Despite the opposition of their families, the two lovers decide to marry and start a new life together. However, their happiness is short-lived as they face a series of challenges and obstacles that test their love and commitment to each other.
