Not bad for an 'instant classic' kind of book, the kind marketed to uncles and grannies, with the sparkly crystals.

Local notes

Pico lives alone in a dark cave, ashamed to show himself because of his ugliness. A greedy old troll is the only one who will speak to him. But then Pico meets some dwarves who give him a magical gift: a crystal that acts as a mirror to his beautiful, gentle heart. The old troll is jealous, and wants a crystal of his own, but when his heart is revealed, his ugliness is exposed to all.

Simple story, nothing extraordinary, but nice pictures.
