Not quite "everything you ever wanted to know about sashiko" but almost. Some history, info about material, techniques, and ideas for projects.

I never heard of Sashiko before this book. The book was really easy to follow and had a lot of interesting patterns in it. The book explained how to do a lot of it and the patterns went from easy to expert. I ended up trying a few of the easy ones and found it to be simple and relaxing. A good
