A fly flies around a child's bedroom and one-by-one the pet dog, cat, hamster and parakeet try to get the fly. In the process the bedroom magically becomes clean.

Although I do find it humorous that the fly ends up being the source of the clean room it really isn't very good for kids. Lesson: let

This was a clever modern fantasy to read. It was neat to read about the different effects that the fly had on the creatures in the house. I could use this in my classroom to talk about animals or to talk about how we can have a positive or negative effect on others.
