A second adventure for Little Bea and her friends. Instead of a spring day, this adventure takes place in the winter on a snowy day. Little Bea looks out the window and sees a new snowfall. She is excited and goes outside to get all her friends: Bear, Rabbit,
The illustrations are created in a graphic design program. They are cute and I think they will appeal to the preschool crowd. They are designed to be very adorable, with big eyes and different textures and patterns on their clothes. The message seems to be about enjoying friendships. It not written in a poetic way. The sentences do not flow together in rhyme. Reading the story out loud is a bit choppy. But with the bright colors and friendly animal faces, I am sure it will appeal to little readers. They might be excited about seeing Little Bea in a new adventure if they read the first book. I think this book would be best for individual reading. It would also look nice on a book display in the library; either a bee theme or a winter theme.

Beaver, Owl, Deer, Goose and Duck. When they are outside they have all sorts of adventures. They stomp, flap, make snow angels, catch snowflakes, go sledding and ice skating, have a snowball fight, play hide and seek, make a new friend by building a snowman and end their day with some hot chocolate. A little bee goes outside to play in the snow with her friends, they play outside all day together and then decide that they are going to make a new friend. They made a snowman and that was there new friend. This book would be good for grades kindergarden - first grade.
