Local notes
A new translation in English commissioned by King James. Many creationists consider this translation divinely inspired, and the best or only reliable version. Andrewes headed the section that translated Genesis and also acted as a general editor. 46 other scholars (all Church of England) participated in the translation of the Bible as well.
