Hanish (Ha'nish; born Hanisch in Germany): founder of Mazdaznan, a neo-Zoroastrian religion. Hanish moved to Los Angeles, where Mazdaznan was promoted in The Federator magazine (1918-) edited by Nellie Wheelwright.
