Masters - but they arrived too late. The Masters were already on their way to Earth, and all that was left in the space quadrant was a war-hungry race of aliens all-too familiar to the Zentraedi: the Invid.

This particular omnibus brings together three Sentinels books into one: The Devil's Hand, Dark Powers and Death Dance. Initially, this may seem like a rehash of the previous portions of the Robotech franchise - and in many respects it is. However, a wonderful tale is woven by the duo known as Jack McKinney that introduces a new cast of characters, new races of aliens, and a battle of political maneuvering that would keep Frank Herbert intrigued. For those longing to see what happens with Rick, Lisa, Max and Miriya, this short series provides a wonderful glimpse into their futures and should not be missed by an Robotech fan.
