This is an interesting historical perspective on Christianity and its Hellenic and Hebraic components, Quakerism, mysticism, and Protestantism, and a Quaker perspective on other religions. Brinton is brilliantly and knowledgeably perceptive and clarifying about many aspects of Christianity and Quakerism, even when there are a few areas that may look like dated blind spots to us now.
