Michael Dues' delivers a very thorough course about managing conflicts ranging from the interpersonal to the international. What I appreciate most is the way he breaks down every element to make each tangible and understandable. A course like this could otherwise be too theoretical. For example, he

has lectures dedicated to listening, negotiating, and dysfunctional patterns to watch for. This course is a solid, self-contained course for anyone. If anything, it felt long to me since some of the lectures, such as the one about getting professional assistance, weren't immediately applicable to me. Overall, it's a valuable course that has already helped me try some new approaches to some minor conflicts.
