This book was like an entire season of Criminal Minds at once! Seriously. A serial killer is at work
Dr. Ellis Poe, a religious professer who has been living with shame the last 28 years, has the answer, but doesn't know it yet. He's too much of a recluse because he can't forgive himself for something that happened decades ago.
Will the law enforcement and Dr. Poe find the connection in time to stop the vicious cycle this killer is on or will there be more, even more horrible deaths?
This book takes the reader on a ride of nonstop action, nearly unrelenting emotion and fear. There is heartbreak, fear, torment and redemption. God's grace and mercy extends to all, even those who feel they will never, ever feel those again. I was weeping during the last few pages, tears literally running down my face. Powerful book!
I will most definitely be going back and finding more of Alton Gansky's books. So glad I bought this book!
