This was a little disappointing. Although the book had an interesting concept in the mixing of Greek and Egyptian, but the characterization was lacking.

Fun cross-over novel with three novella like stories. Kids enjoyed it.

I did not realize this was book 4 of a series until I came to review it. I have read other Percy Jackson books but not any in this series. It can probably be read as a stand alone, but you may understand more if you are familiar with the Percy Jackson universe.
