suffering (in ourselves and others) and how to show compassion. Something we can all learn from.

I know I personally struggle with anger. Getting mad over the little things any ignoring the big things, harvesting and keeping resentment for others and for life in general. This is helpful in that regard. Giving me some more insight and tools to use to steady and calm myself, to keep my anger at bay, and to also discuss things with people who have angered or wronged me.
