I'm not quite done, but have really enjoyed this book. It's like an intervention to someone like me who does a lot of things and struggles with focus.

Not a lot of what I read is amazingly new, but the delivery and connecting of certain moments makes things a bit clearer.

anyone who works in any justice seeking field. My book group had a range of occupations: social workers, a psychiatrist, social justice organizers and students. We all identified with parts of the book and learned a little bit about ourselves.
