I read parts of this book many years ago, and did some of the journalling exercises. I found some of it useful, but never really "connected" with the author, so I set it down and never managed to pick it back up again.

This definitely has my vote as the book most often taken off my bookshelf. I read the chapter on procrastination regularly and the others at least several times a year.

Really well written book that will help anyone who is open to challenging their depression. I found it reassuring and gave concrete steps that will help you feel better and give you hope to get out of a depressive episode.
