Description
When Glynis Piggot's only friend, Kim, disappears after meeting a Christian man on the Internet, Glynis withdraws from life and from her church, seeking companionship online. Private investigator Teri Blake-Addison, hired to find Kim by the grieving Glynis, begins to show her own stripes as a loner in her second intricately layered mystery novel, traveling from Maine to Texas instead of helping her husband with their move to a new house. Could there be a bizarre connection between both women - Glynis and Kim - and one shameless con man?

This book is also known as 'The King James Murders". The author does a very good job of writing a mystery story that keeps you trying to solve the mystery right along with the main character in the story, Teri Blake-Addison. In this story Glynis hires Teri to help her find her good friend who has

disappeared after meeting a man through the internet. As Teri seeks to find answers she finds herself discovering more than she bargained for. Also, you will follow Glynis, and see how easily a lonely young woman can be duped by someone who shows her a little attention on the internet. The story was filled with suspense, mystery, and murder. It was not one filled with romance, although I did enjoy the rapport with Teri and her husband. Show Less
