Who is Coming to Our House? is a wonderful book to read aloud to little children. The sentences are repetitive, so the children will be reading along with you. The pictures are beautiful, and a charming retelling of the nativity.

We love this book! Very cute and very sweet. Only one page that I "edit" for my 2 year old. There is a rat in the stable and his one and only line is not positive - no worries. Parents can easily leave out a word and give it a new spin.
I would not hesitate to give this as a gift or tell someone

"Who is coming to our house?
Someone, someone," says Mouse. As Pig makes room, Lamb cleans up, Goose stacks the hay, and Duck lines the crib with eiderdown, Mary and Joseph are on their way by donkey. All the animals welcome the baby Jesus to their home.
