This book is a book about where animals and children sleep. It gives several examples of where certain animals sleep, like bears in caves and pigeons huddled together for warmth. It also tells about how children cuddle up under their blankets in their beds when they are ready for bedtime.

makes me sleepy! The illustrations are warm and comforting. I like how the author gives many examples of animals and how and where they sleep. It informs the children in a subtle way about various sleep habits. This would be a good book for children right before bed.One extension could be to research how other animals not depicted in this book sleep and draw pictures of those animals.
